Sofi O is the solo project of Sofie Tollefsbøl, well known as the lead singer of Fieh.

Born and raised in Eina, a small Norwegian farming town with just 700 inhabitants, Sofi began uploading her self-produced songs to SoundCloud at 19. On Radio Sofi O, she reflects on the tension between small-town roots and big-city ambitions — exploring what it means to chase dreams, find fame, and hold on to authenticity. With a voice that’s both husky and whimsical, Sofi O brings a personality that shines through every note. Radio Sofi O bends genres with ease, nodding unmistakably to the 1960s while sounding entirely of the moment.

Think drum machines and sitar guitar, Ola Øverby’s irresistibly danceable hip-hop grooves, hypnotic funk licks, lazy, swaggering rhythms, and eclectic, hook-laden melodies paired with clever, self-aware lyrics. Drawing inspiration from Shuggie Otis, Sly & The Family Stone, Hiatus Kaiyote, and Frank Ocean, Sofi O crafts a meticulously layered sound world that constantly shifts shape — a universe that expands with every track.
